Privacy notice

This page explains what data MODUS processes when you visit the site or contact us. Contact: chloe@modus-ops.be.

Who we are

MODUS · KBO 1013.413.339 · based in Brussels + Limburg, Belgium. We are the controller for all personal data collected on or via this site.

What data we process

• No analytics cookies. The site uses cookieless analytics (Plausible, self-hosted where possible). No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel.
• Language preference. One functional cookie (modus-locale) is set only when you switch NL/EN.
• Email. If you email us or book a Scan, we process your name, email, and any info you provide.
• Booking. The Quick Scan page uses an external calendar (Cal.com / SavvyCal). Their privacy notice applies inside that embed.

Where your data lives

Data stays in the EU. Hosting: Vercel (EU region) or equivalent. Email runs through an EU provider. Automation tooling (n8n, Paperclip) runs in EU data centers where we control it.

Retention

We keep email and bookings up to 24 months, unless longer retention is needed for accounting or an active contract.

Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port. Email chloe@modus-ops.be and we'll reply within 30 days. You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
