Terms of service

Summary of the key terms for our Quick Scan, Build, and Care offerings. Full contractual terms are confirmed by email before a project starts. Questions: chloe@modus-ops.be.

Quick Scan (€950, 1 week)

• Paid after the process call; invoice due within 14 days.
• Deliverable: 1-pager PDF within 5 business days of the call.
• No obligation to commission a Build afterwards.

Build (from €3,500)

• Fixed scope and fixed fee set in a SOW based on the Scan backlog.
• 30 days of post-launch fixes included.
• Payment: 50 % on start, 50 % on delivery.

Care (Light / Core / Plus)

• Billed monthly, cancellable monthly.
• SLA per tier (Plus: 4 hours during business hours).
• Unused improvements or build hours do not roll over.

IP

Automations, prompts, and documentation become the client's property once fully paid. MODUS retains the right to share anonymised lessons publicly.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the value of the engagement. This does not exclude gross negligence or intent.

Governing law

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the district where MODUS is registered.
